Photos: $50

During your listing appointment, we will snap a photo of the front of your home (weather and daylight permitting).  If you would like us to take any additional photos, we will take up to 11 additional photos for you at the time of listing for $50, or you can take them yourself and email them to us at any time.  Photos are uploaded for free initially. If you decide to change out photos, you may do so at any time for a nominal fee.

Virtual Tour - set to music: $125*

• A series of gorgeous still photos set to music and configured in a video format.  

Virtual Tour - Narrated and set to music: $175*

• A series of gorgeous still photos, with a tour that is professionally scripted AND narrated, set to music and configured in a video format.

VIDEO Tour - Narrated and set to music: $250*

• A fully scripted and professionally narrated VIDEO tour set to music showcasing the amenities and features of the residence. It's as if someone were there showing the property twenty-four hours a day!  

All Tours include the following:

• Three business card size CD’s of the tour that have the realtor’s contact information, company logo, a picture of the house and address on the label.
• At least 15 still digital photos (usually more) loaded on to a photo CD.
• Your tour posted on Realtor.com and many additional sites
• Your tour posted on both FMLS and GAMLS
• Unlimited hosting of the tour until the home is sold or no longer listed
