The Supra lockbox is an electronic lockbox that can only be opened by real estate agents with an electronic Supra key.  The keys to your home are stored securely inside.  This allows agents to enter your home even when you are not there, making your home more accessible and convenient to show. Electronic lockboxes help to dramatically increase the number of showings a property receives.  Additionally we can monitor the date and time the lockbox was accessed and by whom.  When you choose a Supra Lockbox for your listing you are automatically upgraded to receive access to our “Home Feedback System”.

Yours to keep. Program your own code into the lockbox. Keep in mind that we will not publish this code in your listing as we cannot control whose hands the listing printout may fall into.  Our clients’ safety is our top priority.  Agents will need to call you to get the combination in order to show your property.  If you are not readily accessible this may result in fewer showings.
